Our villa is located on the mainland with a beautiful view of Koh Samet. It’s a perfect base for day trips; the ferry pier to the island is just a short drive away.
How do we get to the villa from Bangkok?
The villa is approximately a 2.5 to 3-hour drive from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). We can help arrange private transportation upon request.
Are there good local seafood restaurants nearby?
Absolutely! The Rayong coast is famous for its fresh seafood. There are several highly-rated restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from the villa.
What family-friendly activities are available in the Rayong area?
Besides beach time, families can enjoy the Rayong Aquarium, Sunthorn Phu Memorial Park, and the vibrant local fruit orchards, especially during the fruit season (May-July).
Where is the nearest place for shopping or groceries?
There is a local convenience store within a few minutes’ drive for essentials. For larger grocery shopping, the town of Klaeng is about a 15-minute drive away.
1. Reservation Confirmation & Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

⦁ Bank transfer
2. Cancellation Policy
⦁ Full refund of your 50% deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
⦁ If you cancel after the 24-hour window, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
⦁ No refunds will be granted for no-shows or early departures.
3. Balance Payment & Security Deposit
The remaining 50% balance and a THB 10,000 security deposit must be paid at check-in.

⦁ Local bank transfer (Thai bank accounts only)
⦁ Credit cards are NOT accepted at check-in
The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
