1. Reservation Confirmation & Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy
⦁ Full refund of your 50% deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
⦁ If you cancel after the 24-hour window, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
⦁ No refunds will be granted for no-shows or early departures.
3. Balance Payment & Security Deposit
The remaining 50% balance and a THB 10,000 security deposit must be paid at check-in.

⦁ Credit cards are NOT accepted at check-in
The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
