Booking Process:
- Proceed to the booking page, select your dates, fill in your details and submit your booking.
- We will then reserve the property for you.
- We require a 50% deposit (calculated during booking) to secure your reservation beyond 24 hrs.
- After submitting your booking, please follow instructions to make payment.
- The outstanding balance is due during check-in, along with a 10,000 THB security deposit which is refundable at check-out.

This magnificent 2 bedrooms Front beach villa with private swimming pool is located a few meters from the well-known “U hotel Pattaya” and the beach club “Sea of Love“.
Located front Beach and in a perfectly protected environment surrounded by a large and magnificent natural garden, this villa also has a very nice view of the beach and the sea.
Located just approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from Bangkok by car is perfect for a weekend getaway.

Beachclub Restaurant
The villa is located just a few minutes (Beach walk) from the Sea of Love Beach Club and several beach restaurant hotels.
There is also a small local beach restaurant with good prices right next to the Sea of Love beach club.
Garden BBQ Party
Buy some freshly caught seafood at one of the nearby markets and fire up the grill!
Jetski Rental
The Jetski will be delivered to you at the beach in front of the house.
Other Activities
Fishing Tour: Fishing packages can be both private or shared, and you can book a sea excursion, bottom fishing excursion, jigging, family tours and much more. You can also fish at night and head to distant fisheries.

Golf Courses: There is so many golf courses around that is difficult to mention them but the closest is the Siam Country club approximately 30 minutes drive from the villa. https://www.golfpattaya.com
Sea Food: Bangsaray village is very well known for its numerous seafood restaurants and the quality of its sea food products.
Every morning (very early around 06:00 am) the fishermen return from fishing and sell their product directly in the port.
Really a good time to buy your perfectly fresh seafood products at a good price to make a delicious BBQ at the villa.

Such a great location only 50m to the beach. The villa is beautifully set amongst the trees and walking distance to superb restaurants.
My family didn’t want to leave so we extended by another 3 days.
The villa has everything with comfortable relaxing areas and a huge garden.
