Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://naturalvillas.com and the booking of luxury villas managed by Natural Villas (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this Site and making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. Reservation Confirmation

To confirm a reservation:

  • A 50% deposit must be paid within 24 hours of making the booking.

  • If the deposit is not received within this time frame, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

  • Full refund available if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-shows and early departures: No refund will be issued.

All cancellations must be communicated by email to info@naturalvillas.com.

3. Balance Payment & Security Deposit

  • The remaining 50% balance, along with a 10,000 THB refundable security deposit, is due at check-in or 24–48 hours prior, depending on the property’s conditions.

  • Accepted payment methods at check-in: Cash (THB only) or Local bank transfer (Thai bank accounts only). Credit cards are NOT accepted at check-in.

  • The security deposit will be refunded in full after check-out, provided no damage or violation of rules is found.

4. Payment Instructions

To confirm your booking, please transfer the 50% deposit within 24 hours to the account below:

Payment methods:

  • Deposit payment: choose “Credit/Debit Card” or “Bank Transfer” when booking online.

  • Balance & security deposit: settle in person at check-in via cash or local bank transfer ONLY, Credit cards are NOT accepted at check-in.

5. Property Use & Guest Conduct

  • All villas are strictly for residential use only.

  • No parties, commercial events, or excessive noise are allowed unless pre-approved in writing.

  • Guests must respect neighbors, local laws, and villa property at all times.

  • Any damage or breach of rules may result in loss of the security deposit and/or termination of stay without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Natural Villas acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners.

  • We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your stay.

  • Guests agree to hold Natural Villas and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising from their use of the property.

7. Website Use

By using https://naturalvillas.com, you agree not to:

  • Make false or fraudulent bookings.

  • Copy or reproduce any site content without permission.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved by Thai courts under exclusive jurisdiction.
