Cand I do bookings instantly?
To book a villa, select your preferred destination, dates, and number of guests. Choose a property, click “Request to Book” or “Send Inquiry,” and follow the steps. A reservation team member will contact you shortly to finalize the process.
Is my reservation instantly confirmed?
No. All bookings go through a brief manual validation. Your reservation is confirmed only after receiving a 50% deposit by bank transfer and receiving an official confirmation from our team.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes. At Natural Villas, we currently accept bank transfers only. You don’t need a credit card to make a reservation.
Deposit payment: choose “Credit/Debit Card” or “Bank Transfer” when booking online.
Balance & security deposit: settle in person at check-in via cash or local bank transfer. Credit cards are NOT accepted at check-in.
How much deposit is required to confirm a booking?
A 50% deposit via bank transfer is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is refundable only within 24 hours of booking.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
Yes, within 24 hours of your initial booking, your 50% deposit is fully refundable.
After 24 hours, no refund will be given if you cancel the booking.
What happens if I don’t show up or leave early?
Unfortunately, no refund is given for no-shows or unused rental days, as we block the calendar for your stay.
💵 Payments & Security Deposit
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept bank transfers. Once your booking is initiated, payment details will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp.

When do I pay the remaining balance?
The final 50% balance (plus the refundable security deposit) is due at check-in or up to 48 hours before, depending on the villa owner’s instructions.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required with your final balance. It will be returned after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
What happens if I damage something in the villa?
The cost of damages will be deducted from your security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, you may be asked to cover the difference.

Are the villas equipped with essentials like Wi-Fi, A/C, and kitchenware?
Yes, all properties are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and other essentials like towels, bedding, and basic toiletries.
Is breakfast included in the rental price?
It depends on the villa. Some properties offer breakfast or access to nearby resorts for dining. Please check the individual villa description or ask during your inquiry.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Several of our villas are pet-friendly. Look for the paw icon or pet-policy in the listing. Some may require a small extra cleaning fee.
Are cleaning services included during our stay?
Final cleaning is usually included. Mid-stay cleaning depends on the villa and length of stay — ask during your booking for specifics.
✈️ Arrival & Check-in
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is usually from 15 PM, and check-out is by 12 AM. If you need flexibility, just ask — some properties may allow early check-in or late check-out based on availability.
How do I get the keys or enter the villa?
You will either be welcomed personally at the villa by a property manager or receive entry instructions via WhatsApp or email. Self check-in may be available.
Can I get help with airport or pier transfers?
Yes! We can arrange private transfers from the airport or ferry terminal directly to your villa for a smooth and stress-free arrival. An additional fee may apply, depending on your location and number of guests. Just let us know your arrival details after booking.

Are the villas close to the beach or town?
Many of our villas are walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Location details and Google Maps links are provided on each property page.
Do I need a car to get around?
We recommend renting a scooter or car for convenience, especially in more secluded locations like Samet View or certain villas in Chiang Mai. While we can provide information about nearby rental shops, please note that we do not take any responsibility for external vehicle rentals or third-party services.
