- Right on the beach: Samet View (Rayong).
- Biggest groups (up to 10 guests): Na Jomtien Private Pool, Samet View, Chiang Mai.
- Travelling with a dog: Na Jomtien Private Pool, Samet View, Chiang Mai (Baan Somprasong accepts up to 2 small dogs or cats). Front Samet does not accept pets.
- Infinity pool with sea view: Baan Somprasong.
- Tennis court and gym: Front Samet (shared pool).
- Mountains, temples and nature instead of the sea: Chiang Mai.

What every villa includes
- Included: Towels, bed linens, WiFi, BBQ (free to use), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms.
- Not included: Breakfast (meals can be delivered from nearby restaurants, paid directly or via Grab) · Cleaning: daily housekeeping on request, 150 THB for 3 hours, paid to the housekeeper.
- Pools: not heated, no pool fence.
- Check-in / check-out: From 3:00 PM (15:00) · check-out before 12:00 noon.
- Booking & payment: 50% deposit by bank transfer to confirm · balance + 10,000 THB refundable security deposit at check-in (cash or local transfer) · no credit cards. Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
