What’s Included
Your stay includes fresh towels and bed linens. Cleaning is not included. Daily housekeeping can be arranged on request at 150 THB (approx. 4.50 USD) for 3 hours, payable directly to the independent housekeeper.

Services on request
We can recommend trusted local providers for private airport transfer and for a private BBQ with a personal chef. These services are operated by independent third-party providers, not by Natural Villas, and are subject to availability. They are charged separately and paid directly to the provider.
1. Reservation Confirmation & Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
Accepted payment methods for deposit:
⦁ Credit/debit cards only (Visa, Mastercard, or other approved cards)
⦁ Bank transfer
2. Cancellation Policy
⦁ Full refund of your 50% deposit if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
⦁ If you cancel after the 24-hour window, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
⦁ No refunds will be granted for no-shows or early departures.
3. Balance Payment & Security Deposit
The remaining 50% balance and a THB 10,000 security deposit must be paid at check-in.

⦁ Local bank transfer (Thai bank accounts only)
⦁ Credit cards are NOT accepted at check-in
The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
