Booking Process:
- Proceed to the booking page, select your dates, fill in your details and submit your booking.
- We will then reserve the property for you.
- We require a 50% deposit (calculated during booking) to secure your reservation beyond 24 hrs.
- After submitting your booking, please follow instructions to make payment.
- The outstanding balance is due during check-in, along with a 10,000 THB security deposit which is refundable at check-out.

Front Samet Beach House | Description
Beautiful beachfront house on the Eastern Thai coastline facing stunning Koh Samet and Koh Kam islands just two and a half hours drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok) and 1 hour drive from Utapao Airport (Pattaya).
3 comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms + one queen sofa bed and 1 baby cot , air-conditioning; fully equipped Kitchen with exterior BBQ. A large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and area for children, tennis court, Security guard 24/24 and much more.
The house is right on a beautiful beach facing the stunning Koh Samet and Koh kam islands. Nicely furnished with all amenities, equipments and services for truly relaxing and enjoyable vacations.
The price includes a maid service. She will be at your disposal from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM and again from 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM. Khun Aranya will clean the entire house daily and she will also wash your clothes but she will not iron.

Boat Excursion
The boat will pick you up at the beach in front the house. You’ll visit the small islands that are visible from the house. The cost starts at 7500 THB for the day w/ a max of 8 people.
Beachside Restaurant
Indulge in the freshly caught seafood from neighboring fishing villages. There is a beachside restaurant only a few minutes walk from the property.
Outdoor BBQ on the Terrace
Buy some freshly caught seafood at one of the nearby markets and fire up the grill! Delicious food with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea is always a great idea.
Windsurfing | Kitesurfing
Spend the morning, afternoon or even entire day practicing your windsurfing skills. Then walk 5 minutes to the beachside restaurant / massage parlor to recover and relax.
Other Activities
Rayong Aquarium: Located in Ban Phe, this attraction is open from 10:00 to 16:00 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. It’s closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Khao Chamao – Khao Wong National Park: You can follow a shaded trail that leads to several viewpoints while passing 7 waterfalls. The backdrop for this excursion is a lush tropical jungle that’s filled with colorful flora and fauna. Towards the end of the journey you will visit the limestone caves of Khao (Mount) Wong. If you’re lucky, you may see a mountain goat. Walking shoes are recommended but not required.
Various Markets: Check out locally made, handcrafted souvenirs and clothing and eat dried seafood, various fruits and traditional snacks at the Ban Phe Market. There is also another market located on an adjacent narrow road that offers freshly caught seafood and other edible items. Lastly, the Suphattra Land Fruit Garden offers guided trolley tours of their extensive commercial fruit farm with as-much-as-you-can-eat stops of seasonal offerings.
Horseback Riding: The Slo Bunny Horse Ranch is located in the Ban Phe District of Rayong. There is a nearby organic fruit forest full of lots of wandering horses and ponies. You can also check out the Chomview Horse Riding Club, located in the Nikhom Phattana District of Rayong. They offer trail rides, as well as lessons for beginners and advanced riders alike.
Golf Courses: The Eastern Star Rayong Green Valley is a great place to spend an afternoon playing a few rounds of golf.
